Standard Silver Package features Includes all items stated in the standard Copper Package with the following items upgraded at an additional cost.
Kitchen
- Maple raised panel cabinets in a choice of three stain color finishes.
- Staron solid surface kitchen countertops n a choice of four colors.
- Bright white integral sink.
- Upgraded Whirlpool appliances in black or white (stainless steel upgrade available).
Bathrooms
- Maple raised panel cabinets in a choice of three stain color finishes.
- Staron solid surface bathroom countertops in a choice of four colors.
- Bright white integral sink.
Flooring
- Choice of upgraded carpet in four colors with ½” 6# rebond pad.
- Choice of three tile colors. Tile size is 14” in Kitchen, laundry area, entry area, bathrooms and tub surrounds.
Standard Gold Package Features Includes all items stated in the Silver Package with an added selection of cabinets, carpets and appliances at an additional cost.
Cabinets
- Omni 1 Cherry cabinets in three stain color finishes.
Carpets
- Royalty Ultimate Berber in four colors (3/8” 6# rebond pad)
Appliances
- Upgraded Whirlpool appliances in black or white. Stainless Steel at an extra cost.
